To place an order, simply browse our website/Application, select the desired building materials, and add them to your cart. Proceed to checkout and provide the necessary information.
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash on delivery. In case of COD you might have to pay for transportation before delivery. -also, in some special item if you have chosen COD you may get call from our executive to pay in advance eg. Item specially manufacture for your order or shipped from far distanced place for your order.
After you place an order, our team will contact you over the phone to confirm the details within a specific timeframe. We will verify the order and discuss delivery charges.
There is no minimum order requirement on Mate Mart. You can order as little or as much as you need for your project.
Once your order has been confirmed, it may not be possible to make changes. However, please contact our team, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
