• All prices listed in MATEMART are generally excluding of shipping. Shipping charges are to be levied by the Supplier/Manufacturer/Authorized Dealer which requires additional heavy transportation services (e.g., special handling or loading/unloading). that are solely based on the size of the order, the same will be informed prior to shipment.
• After you place an order, our team will contact you over the phone to confirm the details within a specific timeframe.
• MATEMART shall ensure the timely delivery of the order placed on the marketplace, however does not guarantee the exact/timely delivery of the products purchased.
• The customer is solely responsible for paying the additional shipping costs.
• Your shipment may contain the documents:
- Copy of the Order invoice (Original copy can be downloaded from your account profile and a copy would be sent to your email id)
- Copy of the Delivery note (Quantities has to be checked on the time of delivery, Any missing quantities should be raised immediately to www.matemart.in or on our customer care number 76000 03515)
- User manual if any provided by the manufacturer.
- Material Test Certificates, if any provided by the manufacturer.
- Installation Manuals, if any provided by the manufacturer.
- Warranty Cards, if any provided by the manufacturer.
